The portal to the multiverse has opened, and gigantic Liev Schreiber is coming for us all! This week we're joined by the incomparable Geordan Tilley (@GeordanATilley) in our very first guest episode. Together we tackle Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) in all its glory, from the animation to the score to the characters to everything that makes it great. Spoiler alert: we love this movie a lot!! We go beyond the movie and chat about its place within the superhero genre, why it didn't perform as well as it might've, and what it is about this film and others like it that bring us (and Geordan) so close to this art form.

Raya and the Last Dragon dropped this past Friday (March 7th) on Disney+ and in theaters around the world where they are open! Eric and Shaleila review the movie for you and tackle the beautiful animation, cultural depiction, issues with pacing, wishes for Disney World, the game Journey, the traditional nitpicks, and how it's absolutely for the lesbians.
